Refund policy
At LABEL AANA, all orders are processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
Products that are available on pre-booking will be clearly marked on the product page along with the dispatch timeline. Claims such as not noticing the pre-booking timeline will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately moved into processing.
Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed or confirmed, including orders that have already been dispatched.
• Customized, made-to-order, and sale items are non-cancellable, you agree to this cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
• We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• No refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• No cash, bank, or UPI refunds are provided.

Exchange Policy
At LABEL AANA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or replacement with another product (within India only).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with a proper unboxing video.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Not Eligible for Exchange
• Color differences due to screen resolution or lighting
• Fabric, material, or quality preference issues
• Sale items or products bought during special offers
• Customized or made-to-order products
Exchange Process
• Email your exchange request with order details and unboxing video.
• A ₹200 exchange processing fee per product is applicable.
• Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability, or customer can self-ship.
• Exchange will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after product quality approval.
Additional Terms
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value can be selected.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
